Returns & Refunds: All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item you receive is damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase. You can reach us via Instagram @jinjun.sg or contact us here and we will assist you promptly.
To help us process your claim efficiently, please provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item along with your order number. Each claim is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and once assessed, we will provide further return instructions and offer either a replacement or store credit. Kindly note that we are unable to process claims made after the 3-day notification period.
Due to the artisanal nature of our products, slight imperfections and variations are to be expected. These are not flaws but rather a reflection of the human touch behind each creation. We do not offer refunds or returns for such natural handmade characteristics.
